Healthy and Yummy Power Pack Granola Bars

Today we bring an interesting No bake recipe for our followers. These are yummy yet healthy Granola Bars which have 5 ingredients; peanut butter, dates, oats, almonds and honey. These are easy to make snacks, you can serve it to your guests at high tea or you can have them at the time of studying. Most of the students feel hunger at the time of studying so this is the best thing because the ingredients which are present in Granola bars are healthy for your mind and body too.


1 ½ cup oats
1 cup dates about 200g.

¼ cup peanut butter

¼ cup honey

1 cup unsalted almonds.

Blend the dates in food processor to blend them until they become a dough, toast oats if you want, it depends on your taste. Now put the dates dough, roasted oats and almonds in a big bowl.

Heat honey and peanut butter to make them runny so they can easily mix in above mixture. Remember, the flame should be low, then pour this in above mixture and stir it, until they mingle well.

Now transfer this mixture in 8*8 inch baking dish or any other beautiful dish to serve, don’t forget to put parchment paper under the tray it will easy to lift the bars if you put parchment paper under it. Flat the mixture with a flat spoon or glass. For making beautiful bars it is important to flat the mixture on the tray.

Now put it in freezer to set for 20 minutes, then cut them in equal bars and save them in container and enjoy this snack any time.
