For making these amazing scarves you just don’t need for some special needles or machine, it is easily made with elastic, you just need to know some sewing techniques.

Tips Of Making Shirred Scarf:
For making perfect shirred scarf you have to choose stretchy fabric. So it will gather in a pretty way.
The jersey knit is best for this, not a man’s t-shirt jersey, but the thinner one.
Shirred style is the one which gathers your fabric so remember to take long fabric.
If you don’t have enough length like 100 inches in one piece of fabric so join 2 pieces to make it long.
Mark lines with the help of chalk, lines should not too close or far, they should be in proper distance for pretty good result.
After that fill your bobbin with elastic thread.
Increase the length of stitch, so elastic will gather the fabric easily.
Keep the fabric flat at the time of stitching, because it will start stretching at the time of sewing so concentrate on chalk lines.
Keep follow the lines, it will look messy for a while but don’t lose your concentration.
It will get tricky on turns but not difficult, turns will culminate the bubbles.
